Elevate FM have grown rapidly over the last 2 years and now need the right person to come on board, initially to drive the Midlands areas sales with the long-term view of potentially becoming Business Development Director across all 10 UK Branches.

We work with all sectors ranging from Schools through to office blocks, factories, residential management companies, logistic firms and many others categories.

Elevate FM is a facility management company in Birmingham and has built the business around its employees and customers. We are extremely driven, value our team and respect our customers.

You’ll be taking over from and supporting the MD who is currently creating the current sales opportunities. This will be backed up by a fantastic service team and quality admin support.

You’ll need to have experience in business development and account management. You will be expected to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, strategic relationships and account management. A follow a consultative sale process with the ability to close.

In return you’ll be supported fully by the whole team, rewarded well, the opportunity to present & implement new ideas/processes and progress if desired.

The package we are looking to offer the right person is £25k to £30k basic, with a realistic OTE between £40k and £52k, depending on performance, of course.

We will also provide a fully expenses company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, uniform, pension scheme and 28 days holiday.
