We’re so proud to be able to give back to the city we love

We are so proud of our home city of Birmingham and the many thousands of fabulous people who live here.

So as we begin to enjoy the fruits of a thriving business, we wanted to share a little bit of that success and give something back to the city we love.

We have recently found ourselves in the privileged position to be able to support a brilliant charity based right in the heart of Brum.

free@last supports vulnerable young people and families in the Nechells area, with a fantastic HQ offering residents the chance to learn vital skills to help them in both life and business.

It is extremely worrying to think that in2021 there are still families that need help to put food on the table and are finding themselves struggling, with no support.

John Street, the founder of free@last,and his band of helpers are working extremely hard to help the next generation escape this cycle of poverty and deprivation and give them the skills they need to improve their quality of life and build a successful future.

John is just one of many people who are all giving back to their city; putting in time, effort, resources and energy help others less fortunate. Charities like free@last can only survive and continue with the goodwill of these volunteers and outside help from those who are able to donate money or resources to help.

We realise we are in a lucky and privileged position, where we are able to offer help to organisations like this. And when we heard about all the work John has been doing, it was a no-brainer; of course we had to do what we could to help out.

By helping the charity, we are directly helping our home city and its people. It’s our way of giving back and we are proud beyond words to be supporting John and his team – and, in the process, the next generation of Brummies.

Our client-base is growing and we are working across the UK - we hope that one day we will have branches in many towns and cities. But, as exciting as that is, Elevate FM’s heart will always be in Birmingham.

Our other blogs:

The works were co-ordinated and carried out quickly and without any hassle to us what so ever. It was a great relief to have someone else looking after this...and saved us over £11,000!

Kelly Nation, Persoanlised Nation

"We originally contacted Paul as some external cladding cleaning work was required. I had used Paul for some roofing repair work last year and found his guys to be professional, hard working and compliant with our strict H&S policies on site. I would happily recommend Elevate FM to my customers for any planned or re-active works".

Steve Jones IOSH Tech - Warehouse Manager, Nottingham

"Danny attended quickly to resolve our mysterious leak in the logistics office. I tried a few companies, but Elevate FM were the only ones that could attend within a reasonable time frame. Thank you!"

Carly Winters - Head of Facilities, Market Harborough

"We had a few contractors out to resolve our office drainage issue but the problem kept re-appearing. Richard & Sam spotted the fault straight away and was able to start the repair straight away. Moving forward I will be using Elevate FM for any future issues."

Mushtaq Ahmed - Operations Manager, Croydon

"I have been using Paul and his team for the last 12 months to maintain our grounds. They always turn up as planned, look smart and communicate well. Happy to refer them."

Rob Scott - Health & Safety Manager, Coventry

"It was a lot easier to deal with Elevate FM as they provided the scaffold, rendering team and decorators meaning I could focus on looking after my sites opposed to trying to arrange 3-4 different contractors."

Sam Parker – Property Manager, Stoke-on-Trent
